Step inside and you’ll discover a beautifully presented open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for spending quality time together. Large cottage windows flood the space with natural light and offer delightful views across the gardens, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
At the heart of the cottage is a cosy wood-burning stove, perfect for curling up beside after a day exploring the beaches, countryside and attractions of Devon and Cornwall. Underfloor heating throughout ensures year-round comfort, whilst renewable energy supplied by solar panels and a ground source heat pump helps create a warm and environmentally conscious countryside retreat.
Garden House comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious zip-and-link super-king-size bed, which can be configured as either a super-king or twin beds to suit your needs, together with a private ensuite shower room. The second bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and its own ensuite shower room, providing privacy and flexibility for families, couples or friends travelling together.
Outside, the private garden overlooks the orchard and kitchen garden, creating a peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the sunshine, or unwind beneath the evening sky as the sounds of the countryside settle around you.
With woodland walks, abundant wildlife, our private fishing lake and some of Devon and Cornwall’s most beautiful destinations within easy reach, Garden House Cottage offers the perfect base for your countryside escape.
